Pro-Cloud Fleet gives you complete visualisation of your fleet estate. Using the DVLA API lookup, you can easily download accurate information at the point of registration. Key information such as MOT, Road Tax, Insurance, and Lease details can be recorded to facilitate future renewals. Pro-Cloud details end-of-life lease vehicles so you can arrange for replacements well in advance of the return date and avoid expensive extended hire charges. Mileage is also managed and warns of ‘busting’ contact limits, again avoiding excess mileage charges.

With telematics, day-to-day fleet data is collected and shared with the end user where driving behaviour is monitored including acceleration, deceleration, travelling speeds, and cornering at speed data. Telematics data doesn’t only inform you about driving behaviour, but also the in-operation data such as the GPS location, fuel levels, lights, tyre wear and safety (seat belt in-use) when the vehicle is in motion. The fleet telematics dashboard processes all this data into a simple content-based format that can be viewed over any period.

What kind of support is available with your system?

We offer 365/7 telephone support for immediate assistance and direct communication whenever you need it. In addition, we provide full software support through our helpdesk platform, Zendesk. This cloud-based system offers an auditable ticketing trail, giving customers full visibility of ticket status, priority level, and the assigned support personnel. Our live chat feature is also available directly within the CSS website, allowing users to ask questions and receive real-time help. Ongoing support is included with all contracts, and additional support services can be arranged if required.

Is on-site support included with your services?

Yes. On-site support is provided as part of all new contracts. Our dedicated project delivery team offers hands-on assistance with hardware and software setup, user training, and system configuration to ensure a smooth onboarding process and continued operational efficiency.
