Helpdesk Support

We are hiring for a dynamic customer service & IT centred individual to join the Helpdesk Support Team. Perhaps you have previous experience in an IT Support role and are looking to expand your knowledge, or perhaps are looking for the next step in your professional development?

Duties will include:

  • Providing 1st and 2nd Line technical web application support via telephone calls, online support (Zendesk)
  • Diagnosis and resolution of reported problems, and proactively managing/owning issues through to completion in a timely manner
  • Keeping records up to date, and general administration duties
  • Assisting Product & Quality Assurance team with regular software testing to ensure all systems are running smoothly with minimal bugs/recurring errors
